I've experienced struggles and triumphs (even during my career as a personal trainer and nutrition/fitness coach). It's just normal for anyone and everyone to experience hardships and I want to make that known - just because I'm a coach, doesn't mean it hasn't been hard! The most ups and downs in my fitness journey have taken place during my occupation as a mom for a number of reasons. I know I'm not the only one who has struggled and triumphed while setting fitness goals but there are times I've felt alone and there are times I've leaned on others for help. The purpose of this blog is to offer inspiration and support for those of you who are in persuit of acheiving any type of goal ~ fitness-related or not. I love coaching in nutrition and fitness and am currently persuing skills in behavioral science in order to further coach clients through life-oriented goals, coupled with their fitness goals for success in acheiving a high quality of life and focusing on the greatness that is in ALL of us!
